1: Can I cancel or amend my order?
Have you changed your mind, by law, you have the right to cancel an order placed on our website at any time before we have sent out your order and within a further 7 working days after the day of delivery.
If you wish to cancel please contact us directly and we will arrange this for you.

2:- Where do you deliver?
All of our delivery options are available to United Kingdom.
Standard deliveries are 2nd class recorded we ship out Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays using Royal Mail 2nd class recorded post if you require any other delivery service please enquire. We offer flat rate postage on orders so you will only pay 1 delivery charge per transaction.
3:– What is your returns policy?
We will accept returns within 14 working days, starting the day after the good are received, to confirm the cancellation/return please email to Returns@kidsinfashionclothingboutique.co.uk
We will then send you a return number along with the relevant information of where to send your item back.we recommend that you ask for a free Certificate of Posting as we will not refund any items we do not receive
As shipping costs are not retrievable, We are unable to refund shipping costs.
The item MUST be in original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached. This, of course, does not affect your statutory rights. Sizings are there as a guideline and we accept no responsibility if items do not fit, however the normal return rules apply.
You have 14 working days to exchange your item to a different size, but to do this you will need to send it back as a refund and then re -order the correct size
4:- What happens if you can’t fulfil my order?
We try our best to get things right all of the time but we may make a mistake by publishing inaccurate information on our site (e.g. the availability of a products /items you have ordered).
If so, we will be held accountable and tell you we have made a mistake and aim to contact you the next working day aiming to resolve the problem.
When we contact you, we will give you the option, of either waiting for the product to come back into stock or exchange it to another item at the same value instead of having to cancel your order, but if none of the above options are suitable then of course we will give you a full refund including any shipping costs.
If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will cancel the order and notify you in writing.
5:- I’ve got a Coupon Code, how do I use it?
Coupon codes are specific codes that can give you discounts, money off or free delivery when you buy products from us. To receive the discount stated on the voucher code you must enter the correct code into the apply coupon code box before you checkout and confirm your order which is in the cart section
Coupon Codes that offer a discount when you spend a certain amount on products apply only to products bought in a single transaction and exclude delivery charges.
These coupon codes are NOT on sale items.
We reserve the right to remove and alter the terms of our voucher codes at any time and without notice.
6:- Ex chain store, what does that mean
Ex-chainstore means that the clothing was originally made for a major high street chain store who cancelled the order. This could of been due because of late delivery etc. We can then offer them to you for a cheaper price . This also means that the store labels may have been removed,or cut out in the accordance of the chain store. Labels are removed before sale, however mistakes can happen. ! Goods that were originally made for chainstores, brands or on-line retailers are supplied under strict condition that all labels and tags are removed before resale and that no reference to the original storegroup is made when being offered for sale.
