Please read these carefully and make sure you understand them, before ordering any products from our site.
We’ve tried to make these Ts&Cs as user friendly and as clear as possible. These Ts&Cs will apply to any contract between us for the sale of products to you online .
From time to time, we may need to change these Ts&Cs, so please check for the most up to date version every time you visit our website. Ways to buy and our contract with you
We hope you enjoy browsing our website and selecting your products. When you have finished placing products in your Basket, you will have the opportunity to check your order. You can change the contents of the Basket at any time before pressing “Proceeding to PayPal/cash etc” on the last order page
Once you have been through the online checkout and placed your order by pressing the “place your order” button, you will be shown an Order Number along with a list of the products that you have ordered. Shortly after, you will receive the first email from us headed “Thank you for your Order” to confirm that we have received your order. We will then send you a second email headed “Thank you for your order ,your order is being processed. Then you will receive a third email stating that your order is complete and it’s at this point our contract begins with you Provided that your payment has been successful and there are no problems with your order, you will own the products you order at the point they are delivered to your delivery address
We try our best to get things right all of the time but we may make a mistake by publishing inaccurate information on our site (e.g. the availability of a products /items you have ordered).If so, we will be held accountable and tell you we have made a mistake and aim to contact you the next working day aiming to resolve the problem. When we contact you, we will give you the option, of either waiting for the product to come back into stock or exchange it to another item at the same value instead of having to cancel your order, but if none of the above options are suitable then of course we will give you a full refund including any shipping costs. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process (we will allow 3 working days), we will cancel the order and all money’s paid will be returned
Our Delivery Terms
Standard deliveries are 2nd class recorded we ship out Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays using Royal Mail 2nd class recorded post if you require any other delivery service please enquire. We offer flat rate postage on orders so you will only pay 1 delivery charge per transaction.
Additional Information For UK Customers If you are not available at the time of delivery, the postal service will leave a card detailing how to collect your parcel or arrange a redelivery. If you are unable to collect the item, a redelivery or refund can only be processed once the item is received back. We are unable to change the delivery address once the item has been despatched.
We will only refund then the amount of the purchase products and not of the shipping products.
We will do our very best to deliver these direct to your door within the time frame specified. But Please bear in mind that sometimes there are delays in this. In the event you have supplied a incorrect delivery address and the item is returned to us, we will try where possible to contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage charges will apply)

In the event you do not want your parcel redelivering only the actual sale of goods price will be refunded to you.
Changed your mind or no longer need the products?
Have you changed your mind, by law, you have the right to cancel an order placed on our website at any time before we have sent out your order and within a further 7 working days after the day of delivery.
If you wish to cancel please contact us directly and we will arrange this for you.
We want you to be happy with the products you have bought
If the products were delivered to you, you must return them to us as soon as it’s reasonably possible for you to do so. If your order is damaged or faulty, we will refund the delivery charge too. Refunds can take up to 3 working days to process and reach your account. If you’re returning the products, all that we ask is that you take reasonable care of them while they are in your possession.
When we receive a product you return because you believe it may be faulty, we will look at the product(s) and, if they are faulty or do not do what we say in writing that they will do (or, if relevant, do not do what the manufacturer’s guarantee said they would do), we will sort the fault or replace or refund the faulty products.
As you would expect, we can’t refund, repair or exchange your products where the fault has been caused by an accident, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear or where the products have not been assembled properly.
All goods have been checked for quality and damage, in the unlikely event that you do receive damaged faulty goods you will be issued with a full refund for the goods
I’ve got a Coupon Code, how do I use it?
Coupon codes are specific codes that can give you discounts, money off or free delivery when you buy products from us. To receive the discount stated on the voucher code you must enter the correct code into the apply coupon code box before you checkout and confirm your order which is in the cart section
Coupon Codes that offer a discount when you spend a certain amount on products apply only to products bought in a single transaction and exclude delivery charges.
These coupon codes are NOT on sale items.
We reserve the right to remove and alter the terms of our voucher codes at any time and without notice.
We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times during your shopping experience. When you register as a shopper with us, we’ll need to take some details from you and we may need to share it with our payment authorisation partner and our delivery partners, to make sure that your Shopping Basket is processed and delivered to you as efficiently as possible.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude our liability to you for things which we cannot, by law, limit or exclude. In particular, nothing in these Ts&Cs means that our liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our employees, agents or subcontractors is limited.
You do not have permission to reproduce, modify, copy or distribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission from us. No licence is granted to use any of our trademarks.
Sizings are there as a guideline and we accept no responsibility if items do not fit, however the normal return rules apply
All images are to the best of our knowledge , but we cannot guarantee the appearance and/or colours of products shown exactly replicate the appearance and/or colours of the products.There maybe 2-3cm difference .All stock is subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order if made.
This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
We take payment by PayPal, cash on pickup

Returns and cancellations-
We will accept returns within 14 working days, starting the day after the good are received, to confirm the cancellation/return please email to Returns@kidsinfashionclothingboutique.co.uk
We will then send you a return number along with the relevant information of where to send your item back.we recommend that you ask for a free Certificate of Posting as we will not refund any items we do not receive
As shipping costs are not retrievable, We are unable to refund shipping costs.
The item MUST be in original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached. This, of course, does not affect your statutory rights. Sizings are there as a guideline and we accept no responsibility if items do not fit, however the normal return rules apply.
You have 14 working days to exchange your item to a different size, but to do this you will need to send it back as a refund ,we will then refund you for the garment you purchased and then you need to re -order the correct size
we also recommend if returning goods to do so by a trackable method, in the unlikely event that your package go missing you will need the tracking information to claim from Royal mail. unfortunatley we will not be able to issue refunds for returned goods that have gone missing.
Refunds can take up to 3 working days to process and reach your account.
We as a company also reserve the right to cancel any orders we deem fraudulent, we also reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we feel we cannot fulfill.
In the event of a sale these terms and conditions will take place instead of our normal terms and conditions. All sale goods are subject to a no return and refund policy.
